Magnesium was EXACTLY what I needed

Was having difficulty with decent sleep cycles; waking up after 3-4 has & not being able to re settle, painful shoulder joint from too much lifting at work etc So decided to get back into mag baths. Combined with Cain & Able lavender & rosemary mag spray after a bath and just before bed I've found it much easier to return to sleep. And better yet my joint pain is subsiding. I'm not currently, but this routine is helping tremendously! Thanks C&A for helping me to sleep again!
